Return & Exchange Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then please send us a photo of the item(s) within 7 days after reception of goods. We are open to extending re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping & Delivery :
We ship through standard courier service throughout Hong Kong. Deliveries are carried out from 9 AM HKT 6 PM HKT, Monday to Saturday.

We usually deliver within three to five business days. An additional shipping amount will be charged as per shipping agency.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders :
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency, they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.
